Football players have a whole team of coaches behind them – we believe that runners deserve that too. Leave the coaching to us, you just do the training.

THE RUN READY PROCESS

1. Complete Performance Analysis

We start our program with an in depth look at your running ability, training history and athletic profile. This 90 minute intensive session tells us your strengths, weaknesses and injury risks so we can build the most effective training program for you individually.

2. Individualised Training Program

Using the data from your testing experience, an expert coach will be assigned to build your training program. They will collaborate with you to ensure your program is a perfect match for you.

3. Expert-Led Training Sessions

Throughout your 4 weeks you’ll have unlimited access to supervised training sessions – there is always a coach nearby to ensure you are doing everything safely and effectively, so you can maximise your time in the gym.

4. Retest your Progress

At the end of your 4 weeks of training we will revisit and repeat all of your testing performances. This is the fun part – your hard work pays off and you get to see the improvements to your performance!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you have been deliberate in following the training program and attending sessions, but don’t see any improvement in your results, we will refund 100% of the money you paid us.

If you are going miss time during your 4 weeks, we will either pause or credit your account so you aren’t paying for missed time. We will do our best to ensure you get a proper training exposure before performing our final testing. 

Absolutely! After completing your 4 weeks, you are more than welcome to continue training – we will even discount your membership as a way of saying thank you!

No we don’t. Online programs are cheaper for a reason. With in-person training, your coach can adjust your program frequently depending on how you are performing. Most online programs just send you a copy and paste program that doesn’t change to suit your needs.

If you don’t have any current major injuries you absolutely can take part, we will modify your training program to work around any soreness or injury. If you are currently injured, we recommend checking out our physiotherapy services.
