Sports Rehab Melbourne

No one wants to rehab alone. This is why much of your recovery will be spent alongside and surrounded by other athletes. This environment provides motivation to overcome the daily grind of rehab and helps you stay accountable for your training.

Using Sports Physiotherapy and Training to Return to Sport

We ensure you return to sport in better physical condition. Not only will you complete targeted rehab specific to your injury, but you’ll also undertake training on the rest of your body to prevent deconditioning. This is an often overlooked component of rehab that minimises injury recurrence once returning to sport.

You’ll have unlimited access to our state-of-the-art strength and conditioning gym. Our purpose-built facility is fully decked out with modern training equipment, including an indoor running track.
