Meet our Head Coach: Nick Bowden

We’re happy to have Nick Bowden as our head coach here at Run Ready! Specialising in running and athletics, he carries with him extensive knowledge and expertise in building up and producing world-class training programs for athletes of all sports and levels. He’s an accredited coach recognised by World Athletics and Athletics Australia. Nick makes sure that our teaching principles and learning methods are in-line with international and Australian standards. 

He coached Australian 3000m steeplechase representative Ben Buckingham from an emerging junior to being selected for the World Championships in Doha in 2019. His coaching experience is testimony to his talent and his ability to develop young athletes to reach their full potential and help them achieve their goals.

Group training sessions are held Tuesday mornings and Saturday mornings. Athlete-specific sessions may occur at other times during the week.

You need an expert who can oversee all aspects of your training. We can schedule your training week so that you get the most out of your run and strength sessions and have you ready to perform at your best. We understand the demands of run training and can program your running sessions and strength training to balance those demands.
