Run Ready’s group running comes in the form of the Run Club. Our Run Club happens weekly and is also available online if you can’t make it. For all members of our Run Club, we offer special rates for sports physio and other events.
If you’re busy and don’t have the time to hire a personal run coach, you can still improve your running skills by enrolling in our online run coaching program. When you sign up for our online run coaching, you’re required to sign up for a minimum of 3 months.
No, you don’t have to be a seasoned runner or an athlete to sign up for our run coaching programs. Our comprehensive run programs cater to runners, athletes, or beginners of all skill levels and ages. We don’t go straight to training; we start from a run assessment and run analysis before we create a running program for you.
