KNEE PAIN TREATMENT

Knee injury treatment depends on the underlying cause of the pain. It’s important to note that knee pain can result from various issues such as accidents, overuse, medical conditions, or age-related factors. Iliotibial friction syndrome (ITBFS) is the second most common knee injury among runners. Symptoms may be more obvious when climbing stairs or inclines. Another common injury is the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) which is a common injury during sports involving running and changes of direction. At Run Ready, we provide a unique knee physiotherapy model that delivers a professional standard rehabilitation experience. The goal of physiotherapy for knee injuries is to reduce pain, improve strength and flexibility, and restore normal movement patterns. We optimise recovery from all types of knee injuries via an integrated process of sports physiotherapy and rehab in our state-of-the-art strength and conditioning facility.
