Richmond, 3121

Although Richmond is a small suburb that’s located only 3 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD and 6 kilometres away from Kooyong, we love how Richmond is home to some of Melbourne’s best sporting clubs, such as the Richmond Football Club and the Richmond Harriers Athletic Club, which have thousands of followers all over Melbourne. Athletic clubs, school athletes, and anyone wanting to improve their athletic skills can benefit from Run Ready’s run coaching, S & C programs, and sports physiotherapy services, which are just a stone’s throw away from Richmond. Rich in culture and a haven for sports, Richmond has an energetic vibe that goes beyond sports. Richmond is known for the Greek community and a quaint area known as ‘Little Saigon’, which are bustling areas for Melburnians who are looking for delectable and authentic eats. Nature lovers won’t be disappointed when visiting Richmond because there are several parks, such as the Citizens Park, the Barkly Gardens, and the Allen Bain Reserve. The suburb’s streets are pleasant with its Victorian-era townhomes and its close-knit community that’s ready to welcome visitors with a warm smile.

Areas we Treat

The number of sports physio treatment sessions that you need will vary from individual to individual. Minor injuries may only require 2 to 3 sessions, while major injuries may require more sessions and a longer period to treat the injury. If you’d like to know more about our sports physio services, contact our sports physio experts at Run Ready.

Yes, you can exercise in your home as long as you get the go signal from your sports physiotherapist. Some cases may require you to rest in between sessions, while other cases may recommend exercises to help you improve and recover faster.
